About Familia Parts

Familia Parts is a South Florida automotive parts business. We supply collision and mechanical parts to collision repair facilities, mechanical repair shops, and other professional buyers.

Catalog search covers a broad range of vehicle applications by part number, year, make, and model. Serving South Florida. Orders are delivered to eligible commercial locations. We do not operate a public retail counter.

Catalog & Fitment

• Part-number search and year, make, and model search are available on the website.
• VIN lookup is available where the vehicle record can be decoded.
• Collision and mechanical parts are browsed in separate categories.
• Fitment notes are shown when the catalog record includes them.
• OEM interchange numbers are shown when the catalog record includes them.

Pricing & Availability

• Wholesale pricing is available to approved professional accounts.
• A supplier quote can show a part as supplier available. That is not a count of parts stocked at a Familia facility.
• When a live quote is not available, the listing asks for availability confirmation.
• Electronic catalog and inventory exchange for an outside platform is not connected yet. Familia can discuss the data a network needs during onboarding.

Ordering & Fulfillment

• Signed-in customers can place an order from the cart, including a purchase-order number.
• Order status is available in the customer account after an order is accepted.
• Serving South Florida. Familia Parts delivers to eligible commercial locations throughout our service area. Delivery options and estimated arrival times are confirmed based on product availability and destination.
• Return and warranty terms are in the Terms of Service and the returns page. Delivery terms are on the delivery page.

Technology & Integrations

Familia Parts is interested in API and electronic supplier integrations with estimating, collision repair, parts procurement, and shop-management platforms. Those connections are being explored. This includes an interest in onboarding conversations with networks such as CCC ONE, PartsTrader, Audatex, Mitchell, OPSTrax, PartsTech, and Nexpart. Familia is not integrated with, authorized by, approved by, or a partner of any of those platforms.
